Our Founder
Christian Rugel is the Founder and Broker Owner of X Realty Corp — a self-made entrepreneur who refused to settle for the ordinary and instead built a life defined by discipline, intention, and purpose. Guided by a true passion for real estate and a commitment to elevating the lives of others, Christian carved his own path in the Northern New Jersey market, creating a brokerage grounded in integrity, excellence, and meaningful client relationships.
Christian began his career in high finance, rising to Vice President at J.P. Morgan. But despite the success, he knew his calling was real estate — a world where strategy and vision come together to shape people’s futures. He left the corporate world to pursue development, building and renovating homes from the ground up. That work gave him rare insight into construction, quality, and value creation, but it also revealed something he missed deeply: the human connection.
That realization brought Christian into client-focused real estate, where he quickly became one of New Jersey’s top-performing agents by dollar volume. After working with several respected brokerages and recognizing the need for a higher standard, he founded X Realty Corp — a boutique firm built on strategic guidance, transparency, and a truly elevated experience.
Today, Christian blends his developer’s eye, financial intelligence, and negotiation mastery to deliver white-glove service throughout Northern New Jersey. With deep roots in the region and a strong presence in Sparta, he continues to build — not just homes, but relationships, trust, and a brand redefining what real estate should be.
